Our main CRM grid started to crawl once real customer data landed in it. I rebuilt it on TanStack Table + Virtual, then actually sat with the profiler — memoizing the expensive row renders and cutting down layout thrashing — until grids with 1 lakh+ rows held a steady ~55fps while scrolling and filtering.

Made the app work across multiple browser tabs at once: act in one tab and the others reflect it instantly, no refresh. The tricky part was taming the state side-effects so this stayed correct without firing duplicate requests or dropping frames — keeping it in sync and fast at the same time.

I own the core workspace revenue teams live in all day — deal rooms, collaboration views, forecasting. That means I care as much about how it holds up under real pressure as how cleanly it's written.

Bridged Redux and localStorage through a TanStack Query Observer, subscribing to cache changes by query key, so persisted state and live server data never quietly drift apart.

Took Figma handoffs and built them into interfaces that were genuinely accessible and responsive — keyboard-navigable, screen-reader friendly, and holding together across the messy edge cases enterprise apps always throw at you, not just pretty in the happy path.

Rebuilt search-heavy workflows with Coveo Headless + Atomic inside Next.js. Letting people find what they needed directly cut the ops team's manual lookup work by roughly 90% — a change they actually felt day to day.

Built a reusable Ant Design Pro scaffold that became the starting line for new projects. It cut setup time by about 45%, but the bigger win was that every project now began with the same sensible defaults instead of someone reinventing them.

Owned the deployment story end to end — bundling and compressing apps with Webpack for AWS Lambda, and designing the serverless infra (Lambda / S3 / API Gateway) with CodeBuild CI/CD — so shipping an update stopped being a manual, nervous, hope-it-works process.

Spent real time mentoring junior developers in React and JavaScript, reviewing their code to teach rather than just approve it. That work is what earned the Outstanding Performance Award in Nov 2023.

Inherited a real-estate app that had become painfully slow. I profiled where the time was actually going, added smart caching around the React + OpenLayers map rendering, and got it running about 60% faster — enough that it finally felt usable instead of frustrating.

Built the animations and micro-interactions that gave the product its polish — the small touches that make software feel considered rather than assembled.

My first proper engineering role, and where I learned what "production" really means — shipping pixel-perfect, cross-browser React UIs across several client projects and living with the consequences.

Also handled backend deployments on Nginx / EC2 with Gzip and load balancing, which gave me an early appreciation for everything that happens to the frontend after it leaves my machine.
